Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II)

Delivered over two full days or four half-day sessions, this course helps participants deepen their understanding of what it means to deliver value and how to articulate it both inside and outside their organization.

Through a series of case-study-based exercises combined with theory, participants develop the essential product leadership skills and practices needed to grow as high-performing Product Owners.

The Product Owner role is multifaceted and requires behaviors and mindsets that go beyond Agile fundamentals and the Scrum framework.
Participants explore these different approaches and learn how to navigate between multiple Product Owner stances:

• Influence stakeholders, customers, and the Scrum Team toward the right direction
